Shipping policy

Gippsland Salt Company Shipping Policy:

Thank you for choosing a product from Gippsland Salt Company. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

  1. Shipment Processing:

The time it takes to prepare (process) your order for shipping will be 24-48 hours (if due to unforeseen circumstances this time frame cannot be met – you will be notified).

  1. Delivery Times:

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days – we endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it may be 2-7 days.

  1. Domestic Only:

Unfortunately, at this stage Gippsland Salt Company cannot ship internationally, only within Australia. Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.

  1. Parcel Tracking:

Once your order has been posted, you will be supplied with a tracking number so you can track the arrival of your parcel. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking will be available.

  1. Incorrect Item:

Please check that the items that have been shipped to you are what you have ordered. It will be highly unlikely, however if you have received an incorrect item please DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.

  1. Pricing:

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
